This sound effect was captured by me on video on my canon digital powershot a460 camera, i stood just above the motorway at charing cross glasgow scotland and captured this sound from the jam packed motorway, both sides were busy, i even caught the sound of a police car coming along the hard shoulder. I simply took the sound from my video. Sound of me typing on my old typewriter (the model is hermes 3000) ranging from fast-paced typing to single letters, the margin bell ringing, scrolling the paper up and down. . . Recorded on my zoom h5 stereo mic.

I recorded using a zoom h6 with a xy mic and foam screen and handheld. I placed the mic above the keyboards and typed. I started typing at a slow pace and then fast. The first sounds are on a wireless key board and the second were on a laptop keyboard. Recorded for a school project for a sfx library.

I believe something was wobbling around the desk and i couldn't get rid of that noise with audacity, however it isn't all that unnatural for an object to be vibrating or wobbling when someone is typing on a heavy brailler like this. Recorded with a zoom h1n.

A recording of me typing on my havit kb390l mechanical keyboard with kailh low profile blue switches in them. The clicky sound is produced by a clickbar inside the keyswitch which produces an audible click on both the down and upstroke, differing from normal mechanical keyboards which tend to only click on the downstroke. Recording taken with my blue yeti nano.
